2010 Jester
SUMMARY
Blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petite Sirah - all grown in California. Long and slow fermentation in stainless steel tank followed by aging in French oak barrels for 1 year. Natural malolactic fermentation and no cold stabilization. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in November of 2011. Lot 10 - 94 cases produced.
