2007 Merlot, Massachusetts

This Merlot is made of grapes grown exclusively in Massachusetts. Grapes were harvested in the middle of October following a very dry growing season. It is a blend of Merlot (75%), Cabernet Franc (16%) and Petit Verdot (9%) grapes. This is a dry red wine aged in a combination of new and old French oak barrels for 10 months. |
