PRODUCTION NOTES
The 2017 growing season was very dry in the Trás-Os-Montes Chaves sub-region with almost no rain between May and October. As a result the grapes achieved perfect ripeness and without any disease pressure giving us clean fruit to work with in the winery.

Grapes were harvested in mid September. Three week long natural fermentation without any type of additives. After pressing, the wine was aged in old French oak barrels for 9 months. Bottled unfiltered in November 2018. 141 cases produced.
